This laundry room was an addition to the Avondale Apartment Complex. We had to bring it up to code with fire-rated plumbing and electrical boxes plus the added sheet rock on the ceiling and walls, fire-rated trap door to separate the crawl space. It has a key-pad entry, heat/AC/dehumidifier unit and plenty of room for storage or to add folding tables, a utility sink and additional machines.
